On September 17, 2011, Confucius Classroom Munich held the "Great Wall Chinese" textbook training for their Chinese language teachers .

Confucius Classroom Munich has used the "Great Wall Chinese" textbook since 2007, and accumulated some experience in teaching. This lecture was presented by Mr. Lingqi Meng, the head teacher of Confucius Classroom Munich. He first introduced the characteristics of the "Great Wall Chinese" kit, and then emphasized the fun, the consistency and the practicality of it. The four distinctive main line of the story, the whole concept of the preparation of teaching materials and the training methods of three-dimensional materials aroused the present teachers’ great interest. After the teachers got the more in-depth understanding of the "Great Wall Chinese" kit, Mr. Meng conducted the important part of the training ---teaching cases show. He used an analog classroom form, taking the present teachers as his students, to demonstrate personally how to use PPT courseware and multimedia resources of the "Great Wall Chinese" to teach. This part made the teachers have an intuitive sense of the flexibility and diversity of the "Great Wall Chinese". Finally, Mr. Meng summed up the advantages of the "Great Wall Chinese" kit, but he also reminded the teachers what kinds of problems they should pay attention to while using this set of materials.

After listening to the clear and detailed explanation, the teachers benefited a lot from it. They also said that they would use more the multimedia courseware of the "Great Wall Chinese in the future to make the classroom content and form abundant. Meanwhile, the teaches also hope that Confucius Classroom Munich would organize such trainings more and more in the future to provide a platform of mutual learning and mutual consultations , so that they can improve their teaching skills and standards.
