Confucius Classroom Munich held "Chinese Culture Night" to Celebrate the National Day

September 30, 2011, the "Chinese Cultural Night" event was co-organized by the Munich Friendship Association, the Mutual Aid Association, the Church Societies, and Confucius Classroom Munich at the Munich City Library.
Then, the second part of the event started. The organizing committee invited three professional Chinese chefs specifically for the event. They cooked Chinese food on the site for the audience. The dishes presented to the German friends that night were Assorted Chicken, Hot and Sour soup and Caramelized Bananas. The audience feasted their eyes and palate, and also marveled at the Chinese people's unique cuisine and cooking techniques.
During the event, the audience watched the Chinese folk dance, appreciated the Chinese poetry, tasted Chinese cuisine, and learnt some Chinese culture. At the end of the event, the audience expressed the hope that Confucius Classroom Munich should hold more such activities, so that they can gather together to experience more Chinese culture , which also could enhance the exchange of Chinese fans.
